I have tried to explain to my friends and parents a few times why I love skiing so much. It is really hard though to explain to someone the rush you get from something they have never done. I love to ski and I love to ski fast. I would never even want my parents to ski as fast as I do or even down some of the same black diamond trials that I ski on. Recently though I was able to share the heart pounding exhilaration of screaming down the ski slopes with them. You see, last Christmas my parents got me the coolest gift I have ever received. They got me video camera goggles and they rock!

My Mom is so thoughtful. She was looking through one of my extreme sports catalogs and saw video camera goggles. She immediately thought of all my excited conversations about skiing and how much I love to talk about it. She thought it would be an amazing way for me to share my experiences with them. Now, they could see what it was like to jump off a mogul, fly through the air and stick the landing. They would know what it looks like to fly down the hill and even to totally wipe out when things don’t go as planned. I totally love my video camera goggles and I am accumulating quite a collection of season highlights. My goal is to have enough video camera goggle footage to make them a nice highlight video and give it to them as a Christmas present this Holiday.  They even have easy editing software that you can find online free.

My video camera goggles were a huge hit with some of my friends and fellow skiers. I went online to find some for my buddy and saw that there are some really good prices on them if you are willing to surf around a bit and look for the best deal. My video camera goggles have allowed me to not only record the fun I have, but also to critique the way I ski. I would recommend video camera goggles to anyone who loves winter and extreme sports.
